Terms of Service

Auto Approval Ontario helps connect applicants with our dealer and lending partners for the purpose of arranging vehicle financing. We are not a lender. Submitting a credit application does not guarantee approval, and any financing offer, interest rate, or term is determined solely by the lending or dealer partner extending it.

You must be of legal age in your province of residence and legally entitled to enter into a credit agreement to submit a credit application through the Site. By submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you authorize us to verify your credit and employment information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Vehicle listings displayed on the Site are supplied by our dealer partners and are provided for informational purposes. Advertised prices reflect our finance price and are exclusive of taxes, licensing, and financing charges unless stated otherwise. Vehicle availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of listing details supplied by dealer partners.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site;
• Use the Site to submit automated, spam, or bulk submissions;
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems; or
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site may reference or connect you with third-party dealer and lending partners. We are not responsible for the products, services, conduct, or content of those third parties, and your dealings with them are solely between you and that party.

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Auto Approval Ontario or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Site without our written permission.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Approval Ontario is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information provided through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
